Chelsea Bohac, AGNP-BC
Chelsea Bohac is board-certified in Adult and Geriatric Primary Care by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). She is a seasoned clinician with over fifteen years of healthcare experience. Chelsea has worked in both acute care hospitals and outpatient practice settings. For the past 8 years, she has worked exclusively in Internal Medicine providing medical management and treatment for patients with a variety of complex health conditions.
Chelsea graduated Cum Laude with Highest Honors from the University of Hawaii in Honolulu, Hawaii, with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. In addition to being awarded the Dean’s Research Award by the School of Nursing, she was also awarded Top Honors for the best overall research project and presentation at the University of Hawaii’s Spring Symposium.

While in Hawaii, Chelsea was an active volunteer with several community organizations, including the Waikiki Health Center’s Next Step Homeless Shelter, Friendly Neighbor program, and the Youth Outreach Clinic, demonstrating her strong commitment to both patient care and community service.
Following nursing school, Chelsea attended the University of Cincinnati where she earned her Master of Science in Nursing, specializing in Adult-Gerontology Primary Care. She completed competitive internships in Internal Medicine, Primary Care, Obstetrics and Gynecology, and Geriatric Medicine where she trained directly under experienced and skilled physicians.
Chelsea is passionate about teaching and has served as a Clinical Preceptor for nurse practitioner students from Texas State University, Houston Baptist University, and Chamberlain University. She is an active member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, Texas Nurse Practitioners, and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.
Outside of her professional life, Chelsea enjoys spending time outdoors with her family. Chelsea and her family are active members of the Katy community, where they proudly support local businesses, youth sports organizations, and the Katy ISD FFA.

Vanessa Robalino, PA-C
Vanessa Robalino is a board-certified Physician Assistant with 16 years of clinical experience in geriatrics, family medicine, and women’s health. She graduated cum laude from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and Cell Science. Prior to pursuing a career in medicine, she served as an Assistant Professor in the microbiology laboratories at Broward College. Vanessa earned her Master of Medical Science degree and Physician Assistant certification from Nova Southeastern University in Davie, Florida.

Throughout much of her career, Vanessa has practiced in geriatrics and hospital-based care; over the past six years, she has focused on family medicine. She is deeply committed to patient-centered care and preventive medicine.
​
Vanessa is fluent in both English and Spanish. She immigrated from Ecuador approximately 25 years ago and remains strongly connected to her Hispanic heritage. She is proud to serve her community by providing culturally competent medical care.

In her free time, Vanessa is an active member of the Special Olympics Katy Wolf Pack and volunteers with Katy Independent School District schools. She is also an active member of the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP).
